Privacy Policy: We respect your
privacy. We use the information you provide to
respond to your computer related inquiry only. Your
information will not be used for any other
purpose and will not be shared with outside
parties.
Late / Past Due
Accounts: At Spokane Computing, we
pride ourselves on providing affordable computer
repair and IT services. To keep our rates as
affordable as possible, we hold a very strict
policy with regards to payment and past due
accounts. Unless customer is on pre-arranged and
written payment or purchase order terms, payment
is due at time of service or sale. NET 30
payment terms are available for business
customers only and requires completion of a
credit application. Any account or invoice that
is over 30 days past due in which the customer
has neglected to make reasonable attempts to
satisfy payment will be charged a $35 past due
fee as is at risk of being forwarded to
collections after 60 days.
Returned Check / Chargeback Fee: Our
returned check & chargeback fees are $35 per
check/charge.
Special Order
Policy: Payment is due at time of order
for all custom purchases including software,
servers, desktops, laptops and any item not
regularly kept in stock.
Return
Policy: All Returns must be accompanied
by the original receipt. All returns must
include all items including accessories,
materials and packaging in its original or
resellable condition. All Returns are subject to
inspection and testing before any refund will be
authorized. Special order items including and
not limited to custom built computers, servers
and laptops are subject to a 20% restocking fee
if returned or canceled after order has been
placed. Used items are sold as-is with no
returns unless defective on arrival, in which
case, at Spokane Computing’s sole discretion,
item may be repaired, exchanged or returned for
credit within 3 days of purchase. No returns
will be accepted after 10 days. Software is sold
“as-is” and cannot be returned once opened.
Liability: Spokane
Computing’s Maximum liability shall not exceed
the purchase price paid by the customer for
product or service in question. Customer shall
indemnify Spokane Computing against loss or
damage to property, injury or death. Spokane
Computing shall not be liable for loss of data
as a result of data corruption, deletion, being
lost, damaged or altered in any way. Spokane
Computing is not responsible for equipment,
software or other items not picked up by
customer within 30 days.
Prices,
Specifications & Availability: Prices,
specifications, and availability of services or
products are subject to change without notice.
Any typographical, photographic, or
specification error in our services, products,
prices, or offers is subject to correction
without notice. Guarantee: If you feel we
misdiagnosed the problem or failed to properly
setup or resolve your computing issue, call us
back within 30 days. We will promptly schedule a
time to revisit the issue. If the problem is
related to the original technical issue, we will
fix it for FREE! If the problem is not related
to the original problem as diagnosed by Spokane
Computing you will be offered an estimate before
any additional work is performed. Attempt to
repair or service any computer, laptop, server
or computer component not authorized by Spokane
Computing will void any and all warranties.
